After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Unless an exception applies under UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel eligible online orders within 14 days of receiving their goods.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags where applicable

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned items have been inspected.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Many Lumos products are limited releases.

Where advertised as limited edition or limited quantity, once sold out they may not be reproduced or restocked.

Discount codes, promotions and special offers:
